Virginia Gorman was born in 1935 in Banks, Arkansas. She has been a Christian since the age of ten. She is a talented and anointed musician, author and speaker. At the age of thirteen she began playing the piano. Her husband, the late Reverend Marvin Gorman, was the pastor of First Assembly of God in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her capable contribution in music has made her a vital asset to the body of Christ.
Virginia is the mother of three, who have actively served in various capacities of ministry throughout their lives. Inspired by their mother, each of them have a passion for music and continue to use it as a vital part of their ministry. The knowledge she has acquired throughout her years of experience, and the demonstration of her strength, have encouraged and challenged many in the body of Christ, as she has ministered in churches and conferences.
